Age 77, of Silver Springs, passed away at home on December 15, 2025.
He was born on January 28, 1948, in Wellsboro, PA, son of the late Ronald and Huldra Walker McCollum. Warren proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from 1967-1970. He worked as a golf course mechanic at various courses in the area, retiring from Livingston Country Club in Geneseo. He enjoyed working on his yard and could be found almost every morning having breakfast at John and Sarah’s Restaurant in Perry. Warren more than anything though, loved his family and the time he spent with them.
Along with his parents, Warren is predeceased by his loving wife, Dawn Duell McCollum; and his two brothers.
Warren is survived by his nephew, Roger (Melissa Baker) Miller; his grandnieces, Emily (Caleb) Miller, Elana Miller; his grandnephew, William Miller; several other nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
No services for Warren will be held at this time. A graveside service with military honors will be held in the spring on a date to be determined. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
