Age 55, of Bliss, passed away at her home on August 27, 2026.
She was born on September 12, 1970, in Fort Wayne, IN, daughter of Ronald and Shirley (Kappel) Smyth. Tina enjoyed bowling.
She is predeceased by her grandparents, Robert and Patricia Kappel.
Tina is survived by her parents; her sister, Aprill (Patrick) Notarione; her life-partner, Charles Jero.
No services are being held for Tina. Arrangements are being made by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
