Age 81, of Pike, passed away on October 20, 2025, at his home.
Tom was born on July 26, 1944, in Buffalo, son of the late William and Ruth Yetzer. He was a career mechanic working at several places before starting his own car repair service. Tom enjoyed gardening, fishing, taking care of his farm animals, and training dogs. He loved more than anything though, the time he spent with his grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Tom is predeceased by a son, Bryan Steiner and a brother, Larry Yetzer.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Van Pelt of Pike; his sons, Thomas (Gail) Yetzer of Warsaw, William Steiner of Georgia, Mark Yetzer of Warsaw, Scott Yetzer of Gainesville; his brothers, Richard (Chris) Yetzer of West Seneca, NY, Ronald (Jackie) Yetzer of Bliss; his sister, Sue (Earl) Brown of Amherst, NY; his grandchildren, Samantha Sank, Zacorey (Chelsea) Yetzer, Sara Prusak-Yetzer, Brandi Steiner, Kassandra Steiner, Lorin Steiner, Paige Steiner, Ryan Steiner, Phillip Steiner, Shawna Steiner, Logan Steiner; many great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
