Thomas R. Feltham

Age 85, of Silver Lake, Castile, NY, peacefully passed away with his family by his side, on June 16, 2026 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital.

He was born on September 28, 1940, in Scranton, PA, son of the late Robert Feltham and Helen Louise Kassner. Tom was a graduate of Alexander High School, class of 1958 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Education at SUNY Brockport. Tom married his loving wife of forty-two years, Anne Teresa Abdella on December 29, 1962. He was a physical education teacher for thirty-three years, spending twenty-eight of those at Hornell City Schools, where he also coached football and track. Tom played trumpet as an original member of the Alexander Fireman’s Band for seventy years. He was an avid outdoorsman who liked hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. Tom was also deeply rooted in his Catholic faith.

He is predeceased by his wife, Anne, who passed in 2005.

Tom is survived by his daughter, Lisa Buczkowski of Indian Land, SC; his son, Glen (Renee) Feltham of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Madeline (Alex) Gutierrez of Orlando, FL, Katrina (Brendan) Miccio of Southern Pines, NC, Tyler (Kayla) Feltham of Columbus, OH, Megan Feltham of Boston, MA, Nicholas Feltham of Chicago, IL, Alexander Feltham of San Angelo, TX; his brother, Richard Feltham.

Tom’s mass of Catholic burial will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 10am at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 171 N. Main St., Warsaw. A service of interment for Tom will be held immediately following mass at St. Vincent Cemetery in Attica.

A reception for Tom will be held July 3, 2026 at 2pm at Tom's house on the lake (text or call 716-860-7483 for information). Please wear red, white & blue.
