Age 57, of Eagle, NY, passed away unexpectedly on October 8, 2022 at ECMC.
He was born June 21, 1965 in Batavia, the son of the William G. Beagle, Jr. and Joan M. (Schuck) Beagle of Ohio. Sean is survived by his life partner of 32 years, Roxane Mower.
Sean grew up in rural Bennington, NY. As a hardworking teenager, he would raise livestock and take on various jobs always willing to help local farmers. Sean graduated from Notre Dame High School, Class of 1984. He worked many skilled trades jobs throughout his career, and finally as a material handler at API in Arcade. Sean was best known for his quick humor, fierce determination, and generous spirit. He was not only hard-working but proficient in problem-solving. Sean loved to be outdoors and was passionate about nature and animals. He enjoyed singing and dancing and, in his younger years, acting. He was most at peace living in the countryside alongside Roxane and his cherished beagle dogs.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his big brother, William “Billy” G. Beagle, III. Sean leaves his longtime partner, Roxane Mower, and sisters, Cindy Beagle of Ohio; Leslie Calender and her husband, George of New York; Colleen Beagle and her lifetime partner, Leon Lewek of Florida; and twin sister, Shannon Peterson and her husband, William of Michigan. Nieces Brianna Beagle, Allison Calender, and Kate Peterson. Nephews, Jacob Peterson and twins Adam Calender and Matthew Calendar. Sean will be missed by Pepper and Kylie, his beloved and faithful beagle dogs.
