Patricia Relyea

Patricia Relyea, 57 of Warsaw, NY passed away peacefully at her family home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, October 19th, 2026.

Patty is the Daughter to Floyd & Diana Relyea, Mother to Mattie (Dylan) Hinz and Brooke Herman, Grammy to Riley Hinz, Sister to Marrianne (Dale) Burdin and Nicole (Derek) Piegzik, Aunt to Dalton (Kayla) Burdin, Lilah (Nick Hurlburt) Burdin and Levi (Destinee Blood-Pattison) Burdin, Great-Aunt to Kenneth Burdin, Best Friend to Amy (Tim) Cocoran, and a meaningful Friend to many.

Many close loved ones predecease Patty, including grandparents Kenneth & Stella “Stub” Relyea and her beloved pets.

Patty was an avid hunter “loved being in nature”, had an amazing talent for crafting, loved to crochet, playing cards, board games and passing these loves to her Daughters and Granddaughter. Her ultimate love was being a Grammy to the most amazing Granddaughter, Riley, taking her on adventures and teaching her all sorts of stuff. Lastly, Patty simply loved being around family and friends… You knew it because her smile would let you know, it was like a ray of sunshine.

Family and Friends are invited to a Halloween Themed Party to Celebrate the Life of Patty, as she adored this holiday! The Valley Chapel located at 3415 NY-19 S., Warsaw, NY 14569 from 11am to 3pm on October 31st, 2026. Patty will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery in Silver Springs, NY.
