Age 78, of Warsaw, passed away on March 17, 2023 at the Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Houghton.
He was born on June 22, 1944 in Penn Yan, NY to the late Augustine, Sr. and Beulah Brink Santullo. In his early years, Nick attended St. Michael’s School in Penn Yan. Nick worked at Lapp Insulators in Leroy as an inspector for 47 years. He was a member of St. Michael’s Church, the Warsaw Volunteer Exempt Firemen, the Warsaw Moose Lodge #560, and the Wyoming County Veterans Club. Nick was a huge NY Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan.
Along with his parents, Nick is predeceased by his brother, Augustine Santullo, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Evelyn Hainsworth Santullo of Warsaw; his children, Joe (Julie) Santullo of Wyoming, Michelle (David) Hoffman of Pavilion; grandchildren, Amanda Hoffman of Warsaw, Sarah (fiance, Matt Dahl) Hoffman of Pavilion, Matthew Santullo of Orchard Park, Karianne (Chase) Boggs of Geneseo, Daniel Santullo of Wyoming; great grandchildren, Lilly and Clyde, and one on the way; sister, Mary Gee.
Friends may call on Thursday, March 23rd from 4pm to 6pm at Robinson And Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where Nick’s memorial service will be held immediately following at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Warsaw Fire Department, PO Box 229, Warsaw, NY 14569 or the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741, or JDRF, 200 Vesey St., 28th Floor, New York, NY 10281.
