Nancy L. Yetzer

Nancy Lynn (Van Pelt) Yetzer passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 80.

Nancy worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) until 1983, when medical conditions led her to leave the profession. She then became a homemaker, sharing a life with her husband and helping care for the many animals they raised together. Nancy loved fishing, crocheting, her word searches and reading, and especially enjoyed the simple comforts of home and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Frieda Van Pelt; her husband, Thomas G. Yetzer; and her son, Bryan Steiner, her sister, Jean (Van Pelt) Piechota; her brother, Robert Van Pelt.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Thomas (Gail) Yetzer of Warsaw, William Steiner of Georgia, Mark Yetzer of Warsaw, and Scott Yetzer of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Samantha Sank, Zacorey (Chelsea) Yetzer, Sara Prusak-Yetzer, Brandi Steiner, Kassandra Steiner, Lorin Steiner, Paige Steiner, Ryan Steiner, Phillip Steiner, Shawna Steiner, and Logan Steiner; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
