Margaret Ann Comstock

Age 86, of Warsaw, NY passed away on June 27, 2024.

She was born on July 16, 1937, daughter of the late Alden and Dorothy Northrup.

She married Matthew Comstock on July 29, 1955.

Her passion was breeding and raising Scottish terrier dogs and collecting all Scottish terrier memorabilia. She worked at Mallory Timers in Warsaw for many years. After leaving she babysat many area children.

Peggy was a member of the Castile Baptist Church where she was the floral decorator. She had a great faith in God that was reflected in the way that she lived. She loved to plant and care for flowers in her younger days. Peggy was a people person to the core, had a sense of humor, made time to talk with everyone, and never knew a stranger.

She was proud of her three children, Meleia Bird, Lisa McWilliams (Billy) and Mark Comstock (Paula); six grandsons, Dan, Matt, Jason, Jeremy, Luke, and Aaron; six great grandchildren and three great great grandsons; sister, Linda; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Matt; her brothers, Donald, Walter, Earl, Charles; sisters, Alberta, Aldena, Alice Jean.

Friends may call on Friday, July 5th from 9am to 12pm at the Castile Baptist Church, 5824 State Route 19A, Castile where Peggy’s funeral service will be held immediately following at 12pm. Burial will take place at Hermitage Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Castile Baptist Church.
