Age 80, of Perry, NY, passed away on February 7, 2023 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. She was born in Erie County, NY on April 28, 1942, daughter of the late Russell and Helen Franklin Powers. Lorraine was predeceased by her mother, Helen Bixby.
There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held Monday, March 20, 2023 at 2 PM at Glenwood Cemetery, Perry.
