Kathleen A. Cummins

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Cummins, age 76, of Warsaw, passed away on October 3, 2026, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

Kathy was born on November 27, 1949, in Warsaw, the daughter of the late James and Genevieve White Colombo. She graduated from Letchworth Central School in 1967 and went on to work as a hairdresser at several locations throughout the area over the years.

Kathy was an avid Buffalo Bills and Boston Red Sox fan and loved listening to music. Anyone who knew her knew how much she loved the color purple and, of course, her beloved dog, Max. More than anything, Kathy will be remembered for her kind heart, outgoing personality, random acts of kindness, and the many little ways she found to brighten the days of those around her.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents, James and Genevieve Colombo; her sister, Mary Louise Acken; former husband and the father of her children, Frank Cummins; and her son, Jamie Cummins.

She is survived by her daughter, Jen Cummins; her son, Joe Cummins; and her grandson, Nick Cummins.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw.
