Joyce R. Neeley

Age 91, of Warsaw, NY passed away on September 22, 2025.

Joyce was predeceased by her brothers, Allen Roggen and Gordon Roggen.

She was the beloved wife of Richard Neeley; dear mother of John (Dee) Neeley and Ellen (Lowell) Ferguson; loving grandmother of James (Dellisa) Neeley, Joseph (Amanda) Neeley, Micaela Ferguson, Nickolas Ferguson, Erinn (Thomas) Brando and Aiden Ferguson; thrilled great grandmother of Zoey and Milo Neeley; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express our gratitude to the staff of the Wyoming County Nursing Facility Aqua Unit for the tender care they provided during her final weeks. Your compassion and kindness meant the world to her and to us.

Friends may call Monday, September 29 from 5 – 7 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 North Main Street, Warsaw. Joyce’s memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 30 at 11 AM at the funeral home.
