Joseph E. Salamone

Age 97, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on July 24, 2024.

He is predeceased by his wife Marjorie and son Thomas.

Surviving are his children, James (Sandy) Salamone, JoAnn (Roger) Ikeler, Linda (Chuck Yueckstock) Salamone and David (April) Salamone. Also surviving are his ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, several nieces and nephews.

Joe was a local farmer for most of his life. His love of the area and land was well known.

No services are planned presently. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw. In lieu of flowers or cards, donations may be made in Joe’s name to Homecare and Hospice, 115 E. Main St., Allegany, NY 14706.
