Jo Ann Wood

Age 72, of Warsaw, passed away at her home on September 1, 2026.

She was born on April 23, 1954, in Warsaw, daughter of the late Walter and Roberta Spencer Wright. Jo Ann was a graduate of Letchworth Central School, class of ’72. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, quilting, reading, gardening, and diamond art.

She is predeceased by her parents; her grandparents, Robert and Gladys Spencer; her brothers, Walter Wright and Mark Wright.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Shannon Wood; her daughter, Rebekah Drew; her sisters, Sharon Shank, Tracy (Kevin) Redman; her brothers, Charles Wright, Daniel (Vickie) Wright, Robert Wright, James (Rhonda) Wright, David (Dana) Wright, Frank (Felicia) Wright; her grandchildren, Christa Gardner-Todd, Alysha Thurley, Sarah (David) Stoll; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her lifelong friend Linda.

No services will be held for Jo Ann. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
