Gregory D. Nevinger

Age 39, of Attica, passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2026.

He was born July 12, 1986, in Warsaw, son of David and Amy Fisher Nevinger. He was a graduate of Attica Central School, class of 2004. Greg worked as a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed swimming, 4-wheeling, dirt biking, motorcycles, jet skiing, and working on cars. Greg also liked to sing karaoke. He loved birds and outdoor activities, especially camping and fishing. Greg always enjoyed himself at his favorite place too, the family lake house.

He is predeceased by a daughter, Lydia.

Greg is survived by his children, Delilah, Matilda, Clayton, Cora, Owen, Warren, Luna; his parents, David and Amy Nevinger of Attica; his sister Holly (Cory Abdulla) Nevinger of Amherst, NY; his grandson, Angelo Nevinger; his girlfriend, Elaine Stewart of Rochester; his nephews, Logan Gruber and Tyler Gruber.

Friends may call on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 1-3 PM at Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Greg’s memorial service will immediately follow visitation at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Attica Rescue Squad, 11 Water St., Attica, NY, 14011.
