Dolores A. Morello

Age 84, of Warsaw, passed away on February 11, 2024 at East Side Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Warsaw.

She was born on February 23, 1939 in Wayland, NY to the late Elton, Sr. and Nancy Mosher Bricks. In her earlier years Dolores worked at the Rochester Telephone Co., in Geneseo, NY as a telephone operator. Dolores married Nicholas Morello in 1958. She loved being a homemaker, raising and spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of St. Michael’s Church in Warsaw.

Dolores is predeceased by her husband, Nicholas Morello, Sr. who passed away December 28, 2022 and brothers, Steve and Elton, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Dr. Rose (Donald Anderson) Glynne of Arkansas, Karen (Craig) Geraci of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Louis (Susan) Morello of Bradford, Pennsylvania, Nancy (Ralph) Hulme of Warsaw, Nicholas Morello, Jr. of Holley; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister, Roberta (Arthur) Jennejohn of Rochester.

Friends may call Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 11am to 1pm at Robinson And Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where Dolores’ funeral service will be held immediately following at 1pm. Burial will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Warsaw Food Pantry, 10-22 S. Main St., Warsaw, NY 14569.
