Diane Spencer

Age 77, of Warsaw, passed away on November 16, 2025, at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw.

She was born on October 29, 1948, in Warsaw, daughter of the late Marcel and Dorothy Griffen Gumm. Diane was a graduate of Letchworth High School, class of 1966. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #560, Warsaw and the Wyoming County Veterans Club in Warsaw. Diane would often watch the neighborhood children, and she was very much a social butterfly, always receiving constant visitors at her home. She enjoyed coffee with her friends and loved the time she spent with them and her family.

Diane is predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Gloria Conroy, Carol Robb, Ruth Peterson, Kathy Kelly, Barbara Wilson; a brother, James Omans; her sister-in-law, Ione Omans.

She’s survived by her daughter, Cari (Wade) Smith of Warsaw; a sister, Patty Omans of Warsaw; her brothers, William Omans of Perry, Roger (Sue) Omans of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Melanie (Michael) Fechter, Leighanne Block, Matthew (Cassie) Block; her great-grandchildren, Alexa Fechter, Addison Block, and Bennett Block; many nieces and nephews.

No services for Diane at this time. Burial at Quaker Settlement Cemetery in Orangeville in the spring. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
