Christopher M. Robinson

Age 52 of Castile, formerly of Warsaw, passed away peacefully at home on May 6th, 2026.

Chris was born in Warsaw on January 20, 1974 to Jim and the late Sheila (Webster) Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila and his brother Erik Robinson, as well as his niece Madison Prusak and grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his father, Jim Robinson and stepmother Diane Schrieber, his sister Jennifer (Tim) McGinnis, sister-in-law Carolyn Robinson, niece Polly (Zack) Fleiss, great nephews Stetson and Maxon Fleiss and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Chris attended the Silver Lake Day Treatment Program for several years, and most recently attended the ARC of GLOW Day Treatment Program in Mount Morris. Chris made friends easily wherever he went. His sense of humor made him a center of attention. Even though he was mostly nonverbal, his dry wit was unmistakable.

Chris loved spending time with his family and friends. He was part of the Wednesday night gang at the Amber in Warsaw. He had his regular seat at the bar and was treated like royalty when he arrived, his Sprite and chips were waiting for him.

For 37 years, Chris traveled to Myrtle Beach SC for vacations with his family and friends. When his parents retired, they would spend winters there and in true Christopher fashion, he made countless friends there as well. Chris was a well-traveled man. His trips around the country outnumbered most people, visiting at least 25 different states and Canada in his life.

Friends may call Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 4pm-7pm at Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where Christopher’s funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 11 AM.
