Kenneth E. Thornton

Age 60, of Varysburg, NY, passed away on September 23, 2022 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

He was born June 20, 1962 in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, son of the late Harold and Geraldine Polke Thornton. Kenneth was employed for many years as a commercial fisherman.

Surviving are his companion, Coleen Brayton of Varysburg; daughter, Haley Thornton of Rhode Island; sister, Jacqueline Rivera of Warwick, Rhode Island and nephews.

There are no services. Interment will be in Rhode Island. The family wishes to thank all the medical personnel with the Varysburg Rescue Squad and the staff at Wyoming County Community Hospital for all their efforts.
