Judy A. Strathearn

Age 61, of Wyoming, NY, died on Friday April 9, 2021 at Roswell Park Cancer Center of Buffalo, after a courageous 11 year battle with cancer. She born August 23,1959 in Warsaw, NY. Judy married Micheal Strathearn April, 12, 1980.

She worked for the Wyoming County Department of Social Services for over 40 plus years retiring in 2019. Judy loved camping and trips to lake Ontario. She was a member of Wyoming United Methodist Church, and Wyoming coffee hour. Her biggest love was for her family and grandchildren,she loved life and lived it the fullest.

Judy was predeceased by her father, Wally Osterman and her father-in-law, Albert Strathearn.

She is survived by her mother, Betty Puff Osterman of Wyoming; her husband Michael Strathearn; a daughter, Jessica (Greg) Merrill of Wyoming; three sons, Matthew (Amanda) Strathearn of Dale, Benjamin Strathearn of Wyoming, Jordan (Margaret) Strathearn of Perry; three brothers, Gary (the late Betsi) Osterman of Wyoming, Karl (Melody) Osterman of Wyoming, James (Mary Jane) Osterman of Silver Lake; 8 grandchildren Josh, Benny, Kaylee, Emily, Lauren, Morgan, Adrienne, Alana and one on the way; brother –in- law Dennis (Barb) Strathearn; three Sister-in-laws, Laurie (Jack) Keough, Cathy (Guye) Smith, Sarah (Paul) Meyer; mother-in-law, Betty Strathearn; many nieces and nephews, cousins and great friends.

Friends may call Tuesday, April 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St.,Warsaw, NY. Causal dress. Judy’s memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 14 at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Family will also be having a time of fellowship at the Wyoming Fire Dept Hall at 3:00pm after the memorial service.
