Ernestine Elnora Warner Bowman

Age 93, passed away on February 3, 2021 at the East Side Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Warsaw.

Ernestine was born August 22, 1927 in Alexander, NY, daughter of the late Ernest and Anna Wight Warner. She participated in the activities and was involved in the bookkeeping for the family farm, Bow Hill Farms, Inc. She was a longtime member of the LaGrange Baptist Church where she served on several church boards and participated in many of the church functions. Ernestine was an active member of the community, serving in various capacities and she was a sixty year member of The Grange.

Ernestine enjoyed cooking and baking for anyone. She loved family gatherings and enjoyed traveling with her late husband, Pat; especially their trip to Alaska.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilford “Pat” Bowman who died in 2013, as well as her brother, Jack Warner who died in 1936.

Surviving are her children, Butch (Bonnie) Bowman, Duke (Amy) Bowman, Susie Bowman and their families. Ernestine’s family will gather later this year to share memories of happy times and celebrate a life well lived.
