Cindy M. Brown

Age 67, of Castile, NY, passed away on March 27, 2021 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

She was born December 18, 1953 in Warsaw, daughter of the late Ralph and Marion Coffey Phelps. Cindy worked for many years in the hospitality industry and then for many years as a home health care worker. She was a former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and the Eagles Club. Cindy was an avid reader.

Surviving are her children, Camela Sue Platts of South Carolina, Christopher (Maria Halt) Brown of North Tonawanda, Shanna Brown of Northport, FL; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; her significant other, Eddie Pastusec. She was the sister of the late Gloria Perkins.

Cindy’s memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 30 at 7 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 1595 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
