Virginia B. Hunsinger

January 8, 1934 - November 19, 2018

Age 84, a resident of the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw, formerly of Rock Glen, passed away on November 19, 2018 at the nursing facility.

She was born on January 8, 1934 daughter of the late Moore, Sr. and Meora Johnson Billings. Virginia was employed for many years at the former Mallory Timers Company in Warsaw. In earlier years, she was employed at the former Brown Century Knitting Mill in Warsaw. She also was employed at the former Sunbeam School.

Virginia loved camping, baking and sewing. She loved spending time with her family and going on yearly vacations. Virginia enjoyed writing stories and poems and was known for her love of children. She taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and volunteered with the Pioneer Girls. Above all, Virginia was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Charles Hunsinger; her children, Timothy (Laura) Hunsinger of Pike, Patricia (Albert) Keller of Warsaw, Christine (Ken) Henning of Castile; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; her sister, Mary (David) Jones of Warsaw. She was the great grandmother of the late Zachary Keller and was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters.

Services are private. Private burial will be in Grace Cemetery, Castile. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 John J. Audubon Parkway, Amherst, NY 14228-1198.
