Warren C. Tuttle “Tut” “Skeez”

March 31, 1925 - September 28, 2018

Age 93, of Warsaw, passed away on September 28, 2018 at his daughter?s home under the loving care of his family and hospice.

He was born March 31, 1925 in Leicester, NY son of the late Edward and Edna Fagan Tuttle. Warren was employed for thirty years with the Wyoming County Highway Department, retiring in 1985 after many years as a highway foreman. He also raised sheep and was known for years as the ?Shepherd of the Hill?. Warren was honored by the Western New York Sheep & Lamb Producers as Shepherd of the Year.

Warren lived life to the fullest. He loved square dancing with his late wife, Aileen; restoring antique tractors and telling a good story. He was a longtime member of the United Church of Warsaw and was a fifty year member of the Grange. Warren was a former member of the Kitchen Konference and the Farm Bureau.

Warren was predeceased by his wife of sixty-eight years, Aileen Pierce Tuttle who died October 21, 2014.

Surviving are his daughters, JoAnn (John Roll) Flynt of Pavilion, Linda (Jerry) Schneckenburger of Warsaw, Donna (Steve) Perkins of Warsaw; grandchildren, Lynda-Anne Domnissey, Jeremy (Sarah) Schneckenburger, Nate (Tara) Schneckenburger, Raena (Adam) Rowley, Melanie Perkins, Zachary Perkins; great grandchildren, Jakob, Macy, Anna and Stella Schneckenburger, Eden Rowley. He was the brother of the late Theron Tuttle.

Friends may call Friday, October 5 from 3 ? 6 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Warren?s funeral service will be held Saturday, October 6 at 11 AM at the United Church of Warsaw (cor. S. Main & E. Buffalo Sts.). Burial will be in Warsaw Cemetery.
