James Matthew Holbrook

January 21, 1992 - February 29, 2020

Age 28, of Warsaw, passed away on February 29, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

He was born January 21, 1992 in Johnson City, NY, son of the late Gregory Howard Robert Holbrook and Angela Seagrave (Dave) Baker of Florida. James was a self employed flooring installer and was a member of the Wyoming Hook & Ladder Company. James enjoyed working with computers and was an avid video gamer. He also enjoyed fixing things and working around the house.

Surviving along with his mother are his wife, Victoria Walradt Holbrook, whom he married on September 20, 2015; his son, Gregory James Holbrook; his brothers, David (Cassie) Holbrook of Warsaw, Justin Holbrook, Andrew Holbrook of Perry and Patrick Holbrook of Perry; his aunt, Nicole Seagrave of Warsaw; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday, March 14 from 2 – 4 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. A fireman’s service will be held immediately following visitation at 4 PM and James’ memorial service will follow the fireman’s honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family or to the Wyoming Hook & Ladder, PO Box 36, Wyoming, NY 14591.
