Gregory Michael Terry

November 7, 1995 - September 1, 2017

Age 21, of Orrville, OH, formerly of Castile, NY went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2017 in Medina, Ohio.

He was born on November 7, 1995 in Sioux Center, Iowa son of Timothy and Helen DeJager Terry of Castile. Gregory was a graduate of Letchworth Central School Class of 2014. He was the captain of the Swim Team at Letchworth Central and was an Eagle Scout. He graduated from the Ohio Technical College Power Sport Institute in 2015 where he was second in his class. Gregory was employed as a power sport technician at State 8 Motorcycles in Medina, Ohio.

Gregory enjoyed mountain biking and road cycling as well as camping and hiking and spending time at Letchworth State Park; one of his favorite places. He was also involved in shooting sports through the IDPA Shooting Competitions.

Surviving along with his parents are his brother, Sean Terry of Smithville Flats, NY; his sister, Kathryn Terry of Castile; his paternal grandfather, Richard (the late Catherine) Terry of Corinth, NY; paternal grandmother, Roberta Corapi of Corinth; maternal grandparents, George and Ann DeJager of Smithville Flats; aunts, Dr. Francine (Steve Brownfield) Terry, Suzanne Brassel; uncles, Arthur (Carol) DeJager, Henry (Irene) DeJager, Eric (Megan) DeJager; cousins, Marie, Matthew, Trevor, Haley, Luke, Aaron and Ryan DeJager.

Friends may call Tuesday, September 5 from 2 ? 4 & 6 ? 8 PM at the Castile Baptist Church, 5824 Route 19A, Castile. Gregory?s memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 6 at 10:30 AM at the Castile Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Castile Boy Scout Troop #4054, c/o Clint Schwab, 5894 State Rt. 39, Castile, NY 14427 or mikeroweWORKS Foundation, Arrangements are being completed by Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, Castile.
