Christopher G. Cornell

September 29, 1971 - June 8, 2019

Age 47, of Warsaw, passed away on June 8, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

He was born September 29, 1971 in Coudersport, PA, son of Carl and Joan Reiling Cornell. Chris was employed for several years as a sprinkler fitter for Allied Fire Protection based in Falconer, NY. He was a member of the Sprinkler Fitters Union Local 669; was
President of the Warsaw Sports Boosters and was active as a baseball coach with Warsaw Youth Baseball.

Chris enjoyed woodworking, hunting and calligraphy. His greatest joy was spending time with his family; including his beautiful grandchildren.

Surviving along with his parents are his life partner, Mary Jo Scaccia; his children, Kayla (Peter) Giancarlo, Natalie (Ben) Bartoszek, Alec (Mallory) Cornell, Lukas Cornell, Jakob Cornell; his grandchildren, PJ Giancarlo and Graham Bartoszek; his siblings, Ken (Anne) Cornell, Marc (Jennifer) Cornell; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call Thursday, June 13 from 3 ? 5 & 7 ? 9 PM and Friday, June 14 from 3 ? 4 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where Chris? funeral service will be held Friday at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Warsaw Sports Boosters, 153 W. Buffalo St., Warsaw, NY 14569 or Warsaw Youth Baseball, 3347 Route 19 South, Warsaw, NY 14569.
