Oct 19.09 from Christine Montesano:
I was the General Manager at the Country Inn and Suites in Mt. Morris and I hired Shirley back in 1998. We had a great relationship, she was several of the reasons that the hotel won so many awards when I was there. She took so much pride in running her kitchen area. She didn't like when I would buy her mop heads, she wanted to use her own rags for a mop so they could be fresh and clean each day. She loved people and that smile, wow! Boy, did she love her Diet Coke at the time too. She was such a great person, she always talked about her kids, and she was proud when she got a shiny red little sporty car. I loved her a lot! God Bless to the family for their great loss.
