My thoughts are prayers are with you and your family. It has been many years since I seen Uncle Ron. What I can remember most is his hardy laugh and always rubbing his head for good luck. May you find comfort in knowledge that he will always be watching over you. I know my Mom and Aunt Marge were waiting on him.

There's a special place in Heaven for men like Ron Herman.
Jan 26.12 from David and Georgina Brown:
Even though he's gone
his memory still remains in our hearts.
His smile and face will never fade.
We think of him as we go on each day.
The good times we remember
and the days spent together
will be in our memories forever.
So when you start to get down
and you really want to cry
just think of the fun times
and don't wonder why.
Just leave it at that
and know he's better now.
He's in a better place.
His heart was right with God.
So Ronnie we love you
and we miss you so much
but we know you're much happier.
So watch over us and make sure we're okay
and we will see you again someday.
I am so glade i called and talked with him.
Dear June and family, Please accept my condolences for your loss.

Jan 21.12 from Tobie Johnson:
Dear Family, My wonderful memories of summers on the farm taught me many, many things. Most importantly, a work ethic and the importance of family. The last time we were there on our way back to PA, Uncle Ron lead us to a cross roads pointing me in the right direction (as usual).Who would have known it would truly be the last time. We hugged, cried and said our final goodbyes. Thank you Family - I wish I could have been there but understand his wishes...... Love you, Tob

My thoughts & prayers are with you in your loss! I, too, am saddened at the passing of such a great man. Ron was a visionary, and he loved serving his town and his county. I had the opportunity of working with him @ the Town of Wethersfield meetings in the early '80's & saw first hand the devotion he had to both. Leaders like him are hard to come by. God bless each of you!
