May 24.11 from Bob Cummins:
How do you say good bye to a lifelong friend like Norm? There are treasured memories of ag class and FFA activities, and of "cruising Warsaw" together. Then after nearly forty years of raising families and pursuing careers we found ourselves working together at ARC. How I looked forward to our morning coffee time every day. Norm loved to talk about his family. His time with grandchildren was very special to him. His love for his family, his friends, and his Warsaw roots was very apparent. He relished keeping the lawn looking good at Sally's home, "the old homestead". On Monday mornings I would be sure to tell him how great the lawn looked. How appropriate that he was able to groom that lawn one last time before leaving us. May God bless you, Norm, and all the family who you loved; and Norm, the lawn looks great!!
May 24.11 from Rich Hayes:
