Mariabel E. Ziegler

December 19, 1922 - December 20, 2016

Age 94, of Attica, NY passed away peacefully on December 20, 2016 at Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw.

Mariabel is predeceased by her parents, John and Elizabeth George; her husband, Norman and her daughter, Shirley.

Mariabel was a member of Saint Joachim and Anne Parish of Attica and the Altar and Rosary Society of the church. She drove bus for twenty years for Becker Bus Service. Mariabel enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by four of her children, Nancy (Kim) Clark, Edward Ziegler, Mary (Gary) Fredericks and Charles (Tricia) Ziegler. In addition, she is survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There are no calling hours. A mass of celebration will be held at St. Joachim and Anne Parish, East Ave., Attica on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gateway Home, 91 Main St., Attica, NY 14011 or Stevens Memorial Library, 146 Main St., Attica, NY 14011 or the American Cancer Society, 101 John J. Audubon Pkwy., Amherst, NY 14228.
