Age 86, a resident of Absolut @ Houghton, formerly of Pike, died December 19, 2011 at Absolut @ Houghton.
She was born February 23, 1925 in the Town of Hume, daughter of the late Ernest and Vivian Wood Bailey. Lucille was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Rafferty who died in 1991.
Surviving are her children, James (Josephine) Rafferty of Varysburg, David (Beatrice) Rafferty of Wiscoy, Daniel (Angenette) Rafferty of Castile, Carl (Barbara) Sciusa of Warsaw, Ross Sciusa of Avon, Patty (Bud) O’Meara of Florida; her siblings, Royal Bailey of Silver Springs, Myron (Esther) Bailey of Niagara County, NY, Lenabelle Stangrove of Alden; sister-in-law, Carol Bailey of Rock Glen; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Claire Rafferty and sister of the late Roger Bailey.
Friends may call Thursday 11 AM – 1 PM at Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, 35 N. Main St., Castile where a service will be held immediately following calling hours at 1 PM. Private burial will be in East Koy Cemetery, Pike.
