Jeff was a great friend that lived around the corner. We had a lot of good times up at the park on the 4th of July and hiking up to the falls. I'll miss you.

Even though Jeff was only my "half" brother he was still my big brother. Although we didn't see him alot I still have fond memories of when he did come over alone and then with his family. My heart is sad at his passing....just another part of our dad that is gone. Would have liked to have been acknowledged in his obit. Rest in peace my brother................... Love Kim

Mar 29.11 from Mary Conway Rase:
The class of '70 has lost a special soul. I am sending heartfelt expressions of sympathy to all the Wehner, Willey, and Holley families. I recently read what he wrote to me in my yearbook, and I have fond memories of being a Brooklyn Streeter and park adventurer with him. A sadness fills my heart. Sincerely, Mary

Jeff was a good friend in high school and was a very strong Christian. I know he was also a great father;; I met his kids when he was visiting once in Warsaw and they were very nice, well mannered and very spiritual in nature. I know Jeff was proud of them
Jeff I will miss you, buddy!
