Jayne Helen Marble

June 9, 1926 - May 30, 2016

Age 89, of Warsaw, a former longtime resident of Pike, died May 30, 2016 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

She was born June 9, 1926 in Buffalo, NY daughter of the late Frank and Virginia Layhe Frazier. Jayne was a member of the Pike Community Church. She was a charter member of the Pike Fire Department Auxiliary. Jayne was also a member of the Victory Junior Drum Corps which was founded by her late father, Frank Frazier. She enjoyed camping and traveling and trips to the ocean. Jayne also truly enjoyed time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jayne was predeceased by her husband of sixty-two years, Roy C. Marble who died in 2009 and by her son, Ralph Charles Marble.

Surviving are her daughters, Nancy (David) Miller of Englewood, FL, Donna (Herbert) Roggow of Warsaw, Robin (Douglas) Potter of Fillmore; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; her sister, Diane (Thomas) Hollister of Warsaw; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Frazier of Bliss; many nieces and nephews and her loyal canine friend, Molly No No. She was the sister of the late Ralph Frazier, Thomas Frazier and Sharon Guy.

Friends may call Saturday, June 4, from 1 – 2 PM at Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where Jayne’s memorial service will be held immediately following visitation at 2 PM. Private burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Pike. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society B.
