Harry W. Johnson, Sr.

May 3, 1927 - March 23, 2010

Age 82, of Silver Springs Rd., Silver Springs, NY, died March 23, 2010 at Highland Hospital in Rochester.

He was born May 3, 1927 in Gainesville, NY, son of the late Henry and Mary Ellen St. Aubin Johnson. He was a self employed dairy farmer for many years. Mr. Johnson was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds around his home and spending time with his dogs. He was predeceased by his wife, Janice Johnson who died in 2005.

Surviving are his children, Harry William (Diane) Johnson, Jr. of Silver Springs, Robyn J. (Richard) Trynoski of Silver Springs, Kim (Dana) Walton of Gainesville, Bradley S. (Hellen) Johnson of Bliss; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and his beloved dogs, Sable, Misty and Cakes. He was the brother of the late H. Leonard Johnson, Rex Johnson, Robert Johnson, Charlie Johnson, Delbert Johnson, Archie Johnson, Hilmer Johnson and Doris Dutton.

Friends may call Thursday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 and Friday 12 – 1 PM at Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where a service will be held Friday at 1 PM. Memorials may be made to the Silver Springs Rescue Squad. Online condolences at http://www.robinsonandhackemer.com.
