Jan 6.11 from Lori Mattice:
Chuck and I were so saddened to hear of your mother's passing. She was truly a great lady. What I remember most is her laugh, and how she always had a pot of coffee ready to share with anyone who stopped in. I'm sure all of you will share many many memories of your mom. I know that your dad was waiting on the other side with open arms to welcome her home. What a reunion that must have been. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Jan 4.11 from Linda Carmody (Tiuch):
Dear Hilton Family,

I'm not sure if you remember me, but we owned the store in Johnsonburg and I knew your Mom and many of you very well. I am so sorry to learn of her passing...she was a wonderful lady, strong and courageous, and loving and caring as well. She did her best to raise you, her children. Please know I am thinking of all of you, and have many warm memories of your Mom. God bless her and all of you. Linda
