Aug 22.10 from Mary Anne Hackemer:
Craig,

I don't even know where to begin...Chan was a big part of my childhood because of you. As we grew I didn't see him as often but anytime I did he would always catch me up on what everyone was doing. It was always such a pleasure to see him and your mom. He was such a gentle man, always had a smile for me. I'm sorry that I was unable to be there for you yesterday but you all were definitely with me in my heart.
