Arline L. Lockwood

April 23, 1929 - November 29, 2017

Age 88, a resident of the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw, passed away on November 29, 2017 at the nursing facility.

She was born April 23, 1929 in Hamburg, NY daughter of the late Fred and Mary Moore Kubli. Arline was employed for many years as a custodian at the State University of New York at Geneseo. She retired in 1994. Arline always had a special place in her heart for children and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Arline was predeceased by her husband, Edward Lockwood and her daughter, Shirley (James) Yeager.

Surviving are her daughter, Karen (Ed) Harding of Castile; her son, Gary Lockwood of Perry; five grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday, December 8 from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, 35 N. Main St., Castile where Arline’s funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 1 PM. Burial will be in Grace Cemetery, Castile at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Golisano Children’s Hospital, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642.

Your mom and dad were great people they both are missed by many. I use to stop ,by but have failed to do it in some years but always thought of them often. I know they are together again and having fun. Their love for each and family was their priority.
